USDA (Rural Housing): This program is a true 0% down payment loan. Unlimited closing costs and costs to repair home can also be financed. Only eligible area apply.
FHA: 3% down payment is required. This program will allow up to 6% of the sales price to finance closing costs and pre paids. 1-4 family homes eligible.
Conventional: 5% down payment. This program does not require mortgage insurance if 20% equity is in the home or applied to a down payment.
Construction: We offer private financing for that self build home, or a 1 time close with a builder. Both products offer grreat rates and flexibility
